With the retail and haircare industries being amongst the hardest hit as a result of Covid-19, we were asked to create a layered social media campaign that would build toward the announcement of Aston & Fincher’s retail stores reopening nationwide.
With the retail environment entering a new normal, it was crucial to communicate that customers could expect a ‘safe store environment’ but with minimal disruption. This, we clearly communicated via Facebook, Instagram and email newsletters.
