Who We Are

When we use ‘we’ or ‘us’ in this policy we refer to the company Green Pea Marketing Ltd. We are Design and Marketing agency. We are registered at Companies House, registration number 07002278.

Where you have consented to us doing so, from time to time we would like to tell you about relevant offers, ideas, products and services at Green Pea. We may do this through the post, by email or by any other electronic means.

We publish occasional email newsletters, used to inform subscribers about products and services supplied by this website. Users can subscribe through an online automated process should they wish to do so but do so at their own discretion. Some subscriptions may be manually processed through prior written agreement with the user.

Email marketing campaigns published by this website or its owners may contain tracking facilities within the email. Subscriber activity is tracked and stored in a database for analysis and evaluation. Such tracked activity may include: the opening and forwarding of emails, the clicking of links within the email content, and the times, dates and frequency of activity.

In compliance with UK Spam Laws and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 we give subscribers the opportunity to un-subscribe at any time through an automated system detailed at the footer of each email campaign.

All personal details relating to subscriptions are held securely and in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR). No personal details are passed on to third parties or shared with external companies or people, apart from website email marketing providers such as MailChimp.

Under the GDPR you may request a copy of personal information held about you by this website’s email newsletter software. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to the business address at the bottom of this policy.

 

Can You Stop The Use of Your Personal Data for Direct Marketing

We offer several ways for you to stop receiving direct marketing communications from us.

Click the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email communication we send you.
Email talktous@greenpeamarketing.co.uk with the word ‘remove’ in the subject line and the email address that you wish to be removed within the email.

12.  Non-UK Customers

This may occur because our information technology storage facilities and servers are located outside your country of residence, and could include storage of your personal data on servers in the UK.
